I work in a very creative environment - the product we create is all about entertainment and creativity. I feel like the company party-pooper when I lay out what will be needed to make it a reality, even when I'm clear that I think it's a great idea. Then I feel codependent when I try to get the rest of the company to buy into the vision. How do I bridge the gap between the dream casters and reality in a way that doesn't frustrate everyone involved?
